Hi, and thank you for stopping by! I’m Rami, an eLearning consultant and instructional designer with a passion for creating engaging, data-driven learning experiences. I specialize in eLearning development, AR↔EN localization, and learning analytics, helping organizations optimize their training programs for real impact.
How It All Started
My journey in education began in 2001 as a mathematics teacher, where I developed a deep understanding of how people learn. Over the years, I realized the power of microlearning, instructional design, and technology in transforming education. This led me to the world of eLearning, where I found the perfect blend of my two passions—teaching and coding.
My Experience & Expertise
Since 2011, I’ve been designing and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS), working with platforms like Moodle, WordPress, and Totara. I’ve trained educators and corporate teams to build effective eLearning courses and integrate xAPI analytics for tracking learning outcomes. My work spans corporate training, NGO’s, K-12, higher education, and language learning, with a strong focus on adult learning and behavior change.

A Problem-Solver at Heart
I thrive on solving challenges. One of my most rewarding projects was recommending and implementing BigBlueButton as a secure and cost-effective alternative to Zoom for a training institute. Without prior knowledge of its installation, I quickly learned server programming and, in collaboration with their IT team, had the system up and running in just 10 days!
Beyond Work
Outside of work, I’m a husband, father, and lifelong learner living in Amman, Jordan. While I don’t watch football as much as I used to, I remain a loyal Manchester United fan. Most importantly, I cherish time with my family and continuously seek ways to balance work and life.
