Monthly Learning Reporting

Your LMS and HR data, matched, checked and reported in Power BI every month.

In most organisations someone rebuilds the training numbers by hand every month. Names do not match between the LMS and the HR list, people who left are still counted, and the overdue list is old by the time a manager sees it. I do that work every month, so the numbers are right when a manager, a director or an auditor asks for them.

It starts with a fixed-price setup

Set up once, then reported every month.

1

Connect the data

Your LMS and HR data connected, with the rules that match each person across the two.

2

Check and reconcile

Your compliance rules defined, and the first report checked against a month you already have numbers for.

3

Report consistently

Then it runs every month, the same way, checked before anyone sees it.

Every month

  • Your LMS and HR data refreshed, matched and checked. Records that do not match are listed for your team.
  • Compliance status: who is overdue, and who is due in the next 30, 60 and 90 days, by manager, department or site.
  • Your report updated and checked before anyone sees it.
  • A short written note on what changed and what needs action, with a recorded walkthrough of the report.
  • Updates when your organisation changes: a new course, a new department, a new mandatory rule, or an LMS update that changes the export.
  • Answers to new questions from the data you already have, up to an agreed number each month.
  • Reports in English, Arabic or both.

What you provide

  • Your LMS reports and your HR staff list, in the same format each month, or read-only access so I can export them.
  • A Power BI workspace in your own Microsoft 365, a guest account for me, and licences for the people who read the report.
  • One named person who answers data questions and corrects records at the source.

Your data. I work inside your own Power BI workspace, and we sign a data processing agreement before any data is shared.

Not included

So the monthly scope stays clear, these are outside it:

  • LMS administration: enrolments, user accounts, course setup, updates and hosting.
  • Correcting records in your LMS or HR system. I list them and your team corrects them at the source, so the same mistake does not appear again next month.
  • Building or translating courses. That is the Arabic Course Build.
  • A new data source, a new audience or a new report beyond what was agreed. These are quoted before work starts.
  • Impact and ROI studies. These are separate projects.
  • Same-day or on-call support. Questions are answered within two working days.
  • Power BI licences, and administration of your Microsoft 365.
