Send a link to an Arabic course you have already published. You get back a short screen recording walking through what is wrong with it, and a written list of findings.

  • The course is already published: a live link or a SCORM package
  • One course per company, up to 60 minutes of my time
  • Findings only: no fixes, nothing to sign

A limited number each month. Editable source files make it the paid scoping assessment, USD 250, not the audit.

Learning data

Monthly Learning Reporting

Your LMS and HR data, matched, checked and reported in Power BI every month. To start, tell me three things, and I reply with what your monthly report would show and what the setup involves:

  • Which LMS you use, and where your staff list comes from
  • How the monthly training numbers are built today, and who reads them
  • The one question the numbers never answer well

No data at this stage. Data is shared only after we sign a data processing agreement, and the work stays inside your own Power BI workspace.

I reply within two working days. Audits are sent as soon as the recording is done, usually within a week.

Questions

No. Translation is part of it, and the rest is engineering: layout, direction, typography, navigation, and the text inside images. That is the part a translator cannot reach and a language review does not check.

That is normal, and the work starts from your files either way. I need the editable source, and confirmation that you hold the rights to the content and to everything in it. Rights are not cleared on your behalf.

Then the course sits outside the standard price and starts with the USD 250 scoping assessment, which tells you what rebuilding it costs. The 250 is credited in full if you go ahead.

The package is deployed and tested on your LMS before delivery, not only on my side. You get a one page QA report saying what was tested and on what.

No. Monthly Learning Reporting is data and reporting only. Enrolments, user accounts and course setup stay with your team. Records that do not match are listed for your team to correct at the source, so the same mistake does not come back next month.

Nowhere outside your organisation. I work inside your own Power BI workspace with a guest account, and we sign a data processing agreement before any data is shared.
